Our client commissioned a complete office fit-out, requiring a cohesive design that combined functionality, style, and high-quality finishes throughout. The project included two media walls, a kitchen area, ceiling details with integrated lighting, a bespoke desk, sliding storage cabinets, and a full strip-out and installation from start to finish.

Sliding Storage Cabinets
A key requirement was creating a discreet area for sensitive filing. We designed and installed a five-door oak slatted panel sliding cabinet system, seamlessly blending with the room’s décor while providing easy access to the filing cabinets behind. A colour-matched solid board was used for the base and fillers, ensuring a flawless, integrated finish.

Kitchen Area
The existing kitchen was replaced with a modern, practical solution. Featuring graphite grey and oak finishes, the space incorporated an integrated dishwasher, ample storage, and generous worktop surfaces. The marble-effect worktop and backsplash were chosen to complement the marble wall cladding opposite, tying the area into the overall aesthetic of the office.

Boardroom Media Wall & Cladding
A 50-inch TV was integrated into a bespoke media wall in the boardroom, finished in Novacolor Spatula Venetian plaster. Oak slatted panels with warm white LED lighting were applied to one side, adding texture and subtle illumination. Adjacent to the boardroom, a large wall was clad in marble-effect panels, creating a striking backdrop and earmarked space for future desk areas as the business expands.

Main Office Media Wall
In the main office, a 65-inch TV was incorporated into a free-standing media wall, which also acted as a privacy screen. Stability was achieved with chunky Venetian-plaster-finished columns on either end, while the main body featured real oak slatted panels with integrated LED lighting. A large-format mirror on the reverse side reflected the surrounding space, further enhancing functionality and aesthetics.

Ceiling & Desk Details
Two bespoke ceiling features with integrated LED lighting and walnut slatted panels were installed to provide visual interest and continuity across the office. A custom desk with black powder-coated metal legs completed the main workspace, offering a sleek, contemporary focal point.

Boardroom Glass Installation
A bespoke Crittall-style glass boardroom was supplied and installed, with square glass panels and a matt black finish. This design complements the overall office aesthetic, providing a striking, functional space for meetings while maintaining visual connection across the office.

Outcome
The project delivers a fully integrated, sophisticated office environment, where bespoke joinery, high-quality materials, and thoughtful detailing combine to create a functional, elegant, and adaptable workspace. Every element, from sliding storage cabinets to media walls and glass partitions, has been carefully considered to balance practicality with refined design.
