Delivery Policy

1. Scheduling and Timing:

Once your order is finalized, Wood Tech Design will make reasonable efforts to schedule a delivery date within 14 days of receiving your order. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits your availability. Please note that while we aim to meet this timeframe, delivery dates are subject to change based on logistical considerations.

2. Access Requirements:

For successful delivery, access to the delivery location must be available for a vehicle up to 7.5 meters in length. Deliveries can occur on any day between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. We will provide you with a scheduled delivery time slot in advance. It is essential that access to the property is clear and unobstructed to facilitate a smooth delivery process.

3. Availability for Delivery:

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the delivery location to accept the delivery during the scheduled time slot. If our driver arrives and no one is available to receive the goods, additional charges may apply for a redelivery or other arrangements.

4. Assistance During Delivery:

In some cases, our driver may require assistance to unload the goods. You agree to provide assistance if necessary. If assistance is not available, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee to arrange for a driver’s assistant.

5. Delivery Charges for Additional Parts:

If additional parts are required due to errors in your measurements or any other reason attributable to you, we may charge for the delivery of these parts.

6. Responsibility for Delays:

Wood Tech Design is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, issues with delivery logistics or damaged items. We will not be liable for any inconvenience resulting from such delays.

7. Reporting Issues:

If there are any issues with the delivery, such as damaged items or missing parts, please report them immediately upon receipt. We will address such issues promptly, but please note that we are not liable for visible defects identified after delivery acceptance has been signed.

8. Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges are included in the price quoted unless otherwise specified. Any additional charges incurred due to changes or errors on your part will be communicated and must be settled before the delivery of any additional parts.
